Dr Alexandra Day is a very rude and difficult woman to deal with. She's made a complete mess of my teeth, I asked her for white fillings and she's used black throughout. What a complete mess when I complained she told me thats the colour i asked for?????? I now look like female jack sparrow terrible service
I couldn’t recommend Bishopsgate Dental enough. From start to finish the whole team were brilliant to deal with. I used them for Invisalign and whitening, the results exceeded all expectations and anyone thinking twice about doing it, I now recommend to Gina without hesitation. For the skill and expertise involved it is also great value for money.
Not a good experience for me. Wish I had never gone there. They've removed part of my enamel which I never wanted and which they were not supposed to do. Alyson the nurse literally shaved part of my enamel and kept pressing my teeth inward to fit the new aligners which were of a different shape to my teeth. Very upset about what she did. Pushing my teeth in with her hands. Saying she was polishing when she was actually filing and removing the enamel from my teeth and reducing the actual size of my teeth making it smaller. The new aligners are very different shape from the previous aligners. Very horrible experience. Dr Gina did nothing but defended Alyson and gave some false reasonìng for my teeth changing position. Filing my teeth without my knowledge or consent. Disturbing how they just do whatever they want to your teeth without telling you first. Horrible and nasty treatment from the entire staff. Amanda was awfully teriible. Regrets! They're definately not the best.
I have been going here for years and would not go anywhere else. The dentists, hygienists and support team are all fantastic. They are really thorough and ensure you have the best treatment you need. They go above and beyond to support their customers. The set-up (appointments) are easy to navigate and the practice is extremely clean. I highly recommend the team. I usually see Gina (dentist) and Amy (Hygienist) and always professional with an excellent service.
Yesterday I had my first appointment at Bishopsgate Dental Care and it was perfect! No wonder why all the awards displayed in the waiting room! Dr Gina is great and she inspires confidence. The practice is just a two minute walk from Liverpool street station literally next to Spitalfields market. 5 stars
