After relocating to London, I first chose Bow Lane Dental based upon the high satisfaction and rating here on Google Reviews and I wasn't disappointed. A thoroughly professional and friendly practice. Everyone was consultative and they offered Zoom whitening, which I had done on my 2nd visit. 100% satisfied. Looking forward to a long (and hopefully uneventful) relationship with the practice moving forward.
I hadn't been to a dentist in 16 years before my consultation with Selva. Since then I've had 2 cleanings from the excellent hygienist Brooke, a white filling and ZOOM whitening treatment. I wouldn't see anybody else but Brooke and Selva now. My dental phobia is completely gone; the staff are really understanding and patient so I particularly recommend Bow Lane if like me you've put off seeing the dentist because of a previous bad experience.
Review on Dental Veneers. I cannot sufficiently express my recognition and gratitude to all Bow Lane team. Dr James Goolnik and Richard (dental technician) have been extremely professionals during the whole process of doing my veneers. I came to Bow Lane after being looking for a dentist to replace my old veneers (I have never been entirely happy with my old ones). Today, I couldn't be happier with my decision to do my new dental veneers at Bow Lane. Dr James Goolnik is the best Dentist I have ever met! I Would highly recommend Bow Lane and Dr James to anyone who wants dental veneers. The results are better than I thought it will be!!! I can smile with confidence now, and this is priceless.
Simply put, Sarah is the best hygienist you will find. A consummate professional, she is extremely good at what she does, careful and thorough. I have sensitive teeth and she makes the experience comfortable and painless. Plus she is friendly and personable. I discovered Sarah years ago and have used her ever since. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
The Bow Lane Dental is a conveniently located, clean, welcoming and well staffed practice. It's clear to see the doctors and nursing staff are well educated and also champions in customer service – unheard of! I have recently heard about dr James and the Team and have begun a course of teeth whitening before my wedding Dr James was careful not to apply the product without careful examination, made sure my teeth and gums were healthy before he recommended the best course of treatment. I look forward to visiting again soon and ultimately I am happy to have found the practice, with ongoing care in mind
