Sorry to say that the London Dental Centre is best to be avoided. We took our son here for a check up as his adult teeth were coming through. He's got a significant gap in his front teeth and so we asked for a referral to a specialist to get a specialised opinion (just an opinion – not deciding on a particular treatment). The dentist here refused on the basis of her limited experience, saying she didn't think any intervention was needed. That's fine – but it's unprofessional and inappropriate to refuse to give a referral. The GP gave us one anyway but the dentist was obstructive and rude. Best to avoid this place.

I broke my tooth in a restaurant. As iam not from the uk without NHS or anything I just called them for an emergency appointment. They booked me a slot immidiantly. Super friendly and professional. I can highly recommend this doctor! Thanks for the second treatment (on day 3) Aswell (Which they didnt even charge me for) THANK YOU! All the best Stephan

The service here is excellent! I had to book a last minute appointment due to travel and my own dentist being unavailable. After explaining my situation to the receptionist, they found me an appointment the next day and were extremely helpful and friendly. I was really impressed with how clean the facilities were and all the precautions taken due to the pandemic. Everything felt super safe. Special mention to Dr Hiba Sher Khan who kindly gave me additional information on travel and Covid Antigen tests. I will definitely be back for both dental care and Antigen tests for travel!

I found LDC online as I lived nearby, and now being a patient for more than a year now even after moving as I am really satisfied with the whole experience of my treatment. I am always fully informed ahead what needs to be done and of the costs, and I am finally not afraid to go to the dentists anymore!

I usually don’t leave reviews but felt like I had to because all the previous reviews are great and that was not my experience. I attended today for a clean and polish. The service was fine in terms of the cleaning (20min long). However, before the cleaning I was asked if I wanted to have XRays taken as it was my first time here. The dentist specifically said there would be no extra charge. At the end I ended up paying £70 + £45 of the examination fee which I was not aware of or made aware of. The receptionist was not helpful whatsoever he just looked away when I asked him why I had to pay again when I only booked for a service that was £70. It’s disappointing because I am myself a health care practitioner and I would not complete any procedure without the patient knowing there is an additional charge. At the end the dentist also said the receptionist will explain your treatment plan and he obviously had no idea. Just not a great experience and not happy about having to pay extra as I am on a tight budget.
