I had extensive work to my teeth and was really nervous. I am not great with needles or anything medical to be honest but Preanka was very helpful and Raj put me at ease to the point I actually did not feel a thing. I have had 4 fillings and 2 teeth out alongside the teeth whitening and composite bonding. Feels great and 4 months on my teeth are still perfect and to be honest whiter and better than before. I will always use Mint for works against others as I know its a proper job first time every time.

On first arrival, this centre is a clean, well kept and has friendly and attentive receptionists. Right off the bat, first impressions are good. I’m writing this review with specific mention for my dentist, Kishan Vagadia. As an adult, for the previous year I have had extremely bad history with the dentist. Dealing with dentist who were more interesting in getting me out of the chair and not doing quality jobs. Leaving me in excruciating pain (and no, this is no an exaggeration) and needing to visit the dentist for the same problem over and over and over again. Unlike this, Kishan has listened and been understanding to my past situation and did everything to make sure I was comfortable. Never made me feel like a burden for asking questions or being hesitant. Aside from this, he successfully completed my root canal and did so, sensationally. I had always associated the dentist with unbearable pain due to my previous experiences, but the quality in his dentistry was highlighted by the minimal pain that felt during each procedure. He took his time and care with making sure that the job was done well and made me feel like the money I was paying was an accurate reflection of the quality care I was getting. I cannot recommend him and Mint dental centre enough. They have restored my faith in dentist and continue to do so.

Very poor service and will waste your time persistently. In 2 years I have had 5 last minute cancellations by the dentist, some times as close as 40minutes before the appointment. I need to take time of work to attend appointments, so I have lost out 5 work days on appointments that were cancelled last minute. When the appointment is not cancelled, I had a filling done which damaged the tooth next to it, the filling was done in such a poor manner that I can't even floss between the 2 teeth. The last minute appointment cancellations are clearly to fit other's more profitable work in. I will be raising this with the PHSO, abysmal service and constant waste of my time costing me over £1000 in wasted time of work, when you are seen expect butchered work done. 1 star is too much for this dentist practice.

The staff is amazingly kind and lovely, the receptionist always ready to help, all the dentist are amazing and in this opportunity I had the fortune to see Carol Mendoza who was clear explaining all procedures, very professional and kind . I will recommend this dental practice to every person I know.

If I could give 0 stars as a review, I would. This is the worst dental service I’ve ever experienced, and recommend you go to any other dentist but this one. I came in as an emergency patient in a lot of pain 2.5 weeks ago. The dentist I saw had a poor command of English, couldn’t explain anything to me very clearly, she didn’t seem to know her way around the room, and the appointment was delayed by 10 minutes because she ‘couldn’t find her nurse anywhere’, she then finally turned up stinking of cigarette smoke. It was all-in-all a very unprofessional and unreassuring experience. Felt more like a circus than a dental practice. I was told they’d urgently refer me to a specialist for a root canal, however no one contacted me. I tried calling multiple times a day and no one ever answered the phone. I left voicemails, no one ever returned them. 2.5 weeks later I left a google review and they quickly called me back finally. They assured me I would receive my referral contact urgently. Another week passed and nothing. I called an alternative dentist, they got me a free appointment with a specialist immediately, he explained everything clearly and did more (proper and through) examinations and said I didn’t need a root canal at all, and that the previous dentist didn’t check properly and was trying to get me to spend £1000+ unnecessarily. This dentist gave me outrageously bad service, they took my consultation money, left me in pain, in the dark with no contact whatsoever, and with my tooth infection causing potentially more damage each day, and tried to get £1000 of unnecessary work out of me. It’s now three weeks since I first contacted the about my pain, and they have *still not* had me seen by the ‘urgent specialist’ I needed to see. If this is how they treat ‘urgent/emergency’ cases then I dread to think how they treat more routine patients.
